Being an animal rights activist made me connect with colleagues and fellow fighters from all over the world. I learn and feed back on the experiences and stories of others and it means that there are no borders in the fight for animal liberation. Social networks have this “plus” of being able to connect with organizations like Vegan FTA that support and promote activism from all over the world and together we generate change.

I find Vegan FTA to be one of the greatest assets to veganism in the social media space right now. It’s an account that serves old and new vegans because it reminds us what we’re in this for. For example, I have a friend who just went vegan and this is one of the only vegan accounts he follows. It’s thanks to this account that he keeps his focus on why he’s vegan, and I’m confident it’s one of the reasons he says “he can’t see himself going back” , despite not knowing any other vegans in his city. Moreover, I’ve felt so lucky to be featured on the account myself, and I feel like the account helps give exposure to new vegan activists, which then helps create more vegans, and continues a positive feedback loop of more and more vegans. I’m looking forward to how Vegan FTA will continue to grow and expose more people to animal rights.

Veganography partnered with Vegan FTA to produce a six-part mini series, “Plant Powered Persuasion,” which helps vegans become more effective advocates for animals. From the outset, the Vegan FTA team showcased remarkable compassion, creativity, and efficiency. Their unwavering support for other vegan advocacy organizations and individuals is truly astounding—demonstrating a genuine spirit of collaboration. The creators at Vegan FTA are experts at developing viral content that exposes the harsh realities of animal exploitation, inspiring people around the globe to embrace veganism. Their work normalizes compassion for animals and sparks an essential worldwide conversation about our society’s cruel exploitation of them. Vegan FTA is an indispensable force in the advocacy movement, forging a path to a kinder, more compassionate future.
